You are required to work in the office approximately two days per week, and the rest of the week is remote.
THE ROLE:
- Provide excellent customer service by managing member and potential member enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Manage all membership applications.
- Update membership records.
- Process payments.
- Recent administration experience
- Stable career history, no job-hoppers
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in Outlook (email), Excel and Word
- 24,787 per annum
- 25 days holiday + 8 days public hols + Christmas shutdown
