My client, based a short walk from London Bridge, are a fast-growing Foreign Exchange company with over 40 years of experience serving clients from all over the world. They are a friendly, ambitious business who strive for success and are looking for an administrator to join their team.

In this pivotal role the administrator will quickly become the heart of the team; managing all client communications, telephone messages, email and post that comes in to the office. Other duties will include:

  • Document management, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Drafting and formatting documents, presentation materials and correspondence.
  • Meeting management: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, booking meeting spaces, sending invites, arranging refreshments, taking notes and sending action points.
  • Booking travel for business directors and employee events, sending itineraries where appropriate.
  • Managing outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries.
  • Maintaining accurate team records including holiday requests and expenses.
  • Ordering office supplies and providing administrative support to the wider team.

The successful administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • High level administration skills and IT skills including Word and Excel
  • A good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and projects
  • A high level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • The ability to work well with a team and build collaborative relationships

This is a fully office based role, 8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, hours could vary to meet business needs.
