My Client are an established Charity who are currently busier than ever and they are looking for a hands on administrator to support one of their busy teams. Whilst ideally they would be looking for someone full time they would also consider a reduced hours contract if that suited the right candidate.

An overview of some of the responsibilities are below:

  • To be a key contact for fundraising enquiries, including responding to telephone calls and emails; collation and sending of information packs to potential and current supporters; and advising on queries relating to fundraising and volunteering.
  • To support the promotion (to include mailings, social media posts, printing and distribution of posters/flyers/collection tins), profile-raising, donor stewardship and delivery of fundraising events such as our numerous Fundraising Dinners across the UK.
  • To support the Head of Fundraising & Marketing with admin related to corporate partnerships, including updating the CRM; collating and sending information packs and merchandise, and developing social media links with businesses.
  • To manage a range of relationships with individual Third Party Fundraisers and event participants, stewarding, supporting, celebrating, and thanking them.
  • In discussion with the Head of Fundraising & Marketing, to co-ordinate regular social media activity for the Fundraising team.
  • Carry out research to identify future supporters within our industry and from their suppliers to support on business development.
