    • Experience conducting interviews or assessments in an educational setting.

    • Ability to engage with diverse student populations, including widening participation students.

    • Familiarity with UK higher education admissions processes and regulations.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software.

  • Desirable:

    • Master’s degree in Arts, Business, or a related field.

    • Experience working with CRM systems and student databases.

    • Understanding of creative industry trends and student career pathways.
