Minimum Requirements
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- Experience in skin care/aesthetic treatments
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and skin concerns.
- Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform treatments for various skin concerns, ensuring safe and effective use of technology.
- Administer microneedling procedures, tailoring techniques to individual skin types and conditions.
- Apply advanced skin peels, customizing formulas and methods to suit client skin types and desired outcomes.
- Provide advanced skincare treatments, acne treatments including comedone/milia extractions and other therapeutic procedures.
- Offer detailed aftercare instructions to clients.
- Monitor client progress and manage follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury experience for each client.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and lifestyle changes that can enhance treatment results.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and advancements to provide informed advice.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Manage client records meticulously, maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of skincare products, treatment supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain necessary certifications and licenses required for performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Comply with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
- Work closely with other practitioners, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall clinic services.
