Working within a friendly Aftercare Department based in a flagship boutique on Old Bond Street, the Aftercare Advisor role is both demanding and rewarding. You will meet with clients both face-to-face and over the phone to ensure that pre and post-sales needs are fully satisfied. You will ensure that client enquiries are responded to appropriately and within a timely manner. You will provide resolutions to clients or seek a resolution for them. You will build rapport and confidence with clients to ensure they receive an excellent Tiffany experience.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate advocates for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, caring for their items and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
