A tier 1 main contractor is looking for an Aftercare Manager (ideally an ex PM - must have a strong understanding of building). Lots client facing and greeting tenants of buildings involed and coordinating the small works.

Please note - These jobs are based mostly on the outskirts of London.

This contractor operate across the whole of the UK and turnover in excess of £1Bn. They are privately owned and have been in the industry over 40+ years.
