We are currently looking for an Air Tightness Consultant to join a leading UK consultancy. This consultancy specialises in helping clients adhere to UK building regulations by offering expert guidance from a team of specialist consultants. They provide a wide range of inspection services throughout the building process to ensure compliance with British standards for both residential and commercial properties.

The main responsibilities of the Air Tightness Consultant role include conducting pre-test inspections, estimating costs, ensuring all necessary equipment is on-site, liaising with key stakeholders, producing technical reports, addressing building issues to ensure compliance, and offering actionable remedial advice.
