We are looking for an Air Tightness Tester to join a growing team of planning compliance, sustainability, and building regulation experts, working on a diverse range of residential projects across the South East. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification with a strong understanding of Building Regulations
  • Experience conducting air tightness tests independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Residence in or near London
  • Willingness to travel regularly for work
