Radius is seeking an experienced Apple / MAC IT Support Engineer for our Venture Capital firm client based in central London.

A fantastic opportunity to join a small IT Team, reporting directly to the IT Director, where you

will have responsibility for researching, deploying and managing the entire infrastructure of the

firm. This office-based role will be a hands-on customer facing role managing a variety of user

support tickets, using the latest technologies and building real value add for the firm.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Deploy new laptops and iPhones using our JAMF infrastructure, maintaining our asset

lists.

? Create all new users in all required applications, including but not limited to Okta,

Google Apps, Slack etc.

? Install and update all Mac and IOS devices following patch approval from our IT Director.

? Troubleshoot any networking issues and document any relevant fixes - report any

findings to the IT Director.

? Provide support to the IT Director in all large IT projects.

? Manage the help desk and document all user requests coming in. Elevate user requests

to the appropriate person until resolved.

? Monitor and support our security tools, including umbrella and antivirus. Elevate any

findings as required.

? Ensure all Zoom room meetings are operational and provide technical hardware and

software support.

? Provide pre-designed onboarding training to all new users.

? Deliver pre-designed training to users as required.

CANDIDATE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

? A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience. Experience in financial services or a

professional services environment is advantageous

? Knowledge of Mac and Windows technologies

? Knowledge of JAMF/MDM Deployments

? Knowledge of Google Workspace (users, emails, docs)

? Strong IT support skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving

? Knowledge of Zoom Rooms/Zoom Phone/Zoom Meetings
