Job Title: Area PartnerLocation: BrixtonSalary: Basic £30,000 - £40,000. OTE £100,000Car or Car allowance  Main Purpose of the Role:The Area Partner will support the Estate Agency Director in implementing and delivering strategic plans across a defined multi-function area and have Partners reporting into them. Main duties include driving sales performance, increasing market share, and ensuring profitability across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with a key contribution to Financial Services and Land & New Homes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Listings and Market Share: Instil and drive a culture of canvassing and prospecting to maximise business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Partnership Development: Foster a culture of collaboration across the area, optimising operational efficiency across all business streams.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the area strategy, focusing on growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, embedding the core behaviours, values, and principles of the business.
  • Performance Standards: Ensure that operating objectives and performance standards are understood and owned by all team members.
  • Coaching Culture: Promote a culture of coaching that drives high performance and encourages personal and professional development.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Work collaboratively to ensure recruitment, retention, training, and development align with the area's strategic goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal, financial, and operational compliance, including HR policies and health & safety procedures.
  • Financial Accountability: Monitor financial results against budgets and take corrective action to improve profitability where necessary.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the area professionally, maintaining a strong reputation in both B2B and public forums.
  • Internal Audits: Oversee and ensure compliance with internal audit processes and procedural standards.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Engage in local marketing efforts and maintain a deep understanding of current market conditions.
