Job Role - Asset Surveyor

Location - Greater London & Surrounding

Salary - 45,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business as an Asset Surveyor. This business has shown a 50% grown year on year since it's inception in early 2020's. In this role you will be expected to visit multiple sites across the UK with the expectaiton of occassional travel outside of the area. This company offers an exciting opportunity to anybody looking to move into a role where no two days are the same.

Asset Surveyor Package:

Main Roles and responsibilities of an Asset Surveyor:

  • Delivery of asset condition surveys to required project timescales.
  • Coordination of work packages and schedules.
  • Escalation of project issues to the project management team.
  • Support the project management team in providing reports and information on site survey activities.

Essential for the Asset Surveyor:

  • To have knowledge of MEP asset condition and verification surveys.
  • Be time served in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Have full knowledge of MEP asset associations.
