This award-winning, innovative estate agency with a network of offices is recruiting for an Assistant Sales & Lettings Manager to join its team in Colliers Wood.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful career in the industry to date. They are looking for an experienced and competent individual who has a proven track record of high banking figures.
This role will involve working closely with one of the directors in branch, and overseeing the office in his absence, so you will need to be able to display natural leadership skills.
Personal specification:
• Residential sales / lettings experience within a busy office• Ideally ARLA / NFoPP qualified but not essential• Excellent knowledge of the south west London property market• Energetic, enthusiastic and hard working• Highly motivated to be able to motivate yourself and the team• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Professional manner• Excellent customer service• Able to work well in a team and independently• A full UK driving licence essential.
The salary will include a basic of £27,000 dependent on experience, plus on target earnings in the region of £60,000 to £65,000, along with a company car or allowance.
You will be working a 5 day week.
