Associate Parking Consultant

We are currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Parking Consultant to join our team based in our London office!

This is a full-time permanent role, hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

What you will be doing:

In this role will be collaborating with the Technical Director of Parking and additional Associate Directors within the Parking team to deliver key traffic order and parking projects as well as manage the day-to-day requirements of Project Centre’s traffic order team.

  • Lead a team of traffic order specialists, technicians, and graduates.
  • Oversee the preparation of brief responses, bids, proposals, and cost estimates for new work.
  • Manage team workload and project pipeline effectively.
  • Provide technical parking advice and support to enhance project outcomes and business performance.
  • Support the Associate and Technical Directors in managing the financial and professional performance of the Parking Team and its projects.
  • Allocate resources for both ongoing and new projects.
  • Draft and review high-quality traffic orders.
  • Oversee and manage project deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal Project Centre teams

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of parking and/or traffic engineering and traffic orders.
  • In-depth understanding of parking schemes, regulations, and traffic management principles.
  • Proven experience in traffic and transportation techniques, highway design, and project delivery.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and TfL regulations.
  • Strong project management and financial skills.
