Milk Education are working in partnership with a school based in Wandsworth, who are keeping a skilled attendance officer to join their team for September 2024. This is a crucial role that supports the welfare and academic progress of their students by ensuring high levels of attendance.

Working hours: 7:30- 15:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record student attendance and punctuality.
  • Work closely with staff, students, and parents to improve attendance rates.
  • Analyse attendance data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Implement attendance policies and follow up on unexplained absences.
  • Liase with eternal businesses, social sevices and local autho

Requirements:

  • Experience using BromCom (SIMS or ARBOR experince accepted)
  • Experience of CPOMS
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Some knowledge of attendance laws and legislation
