AV Assistant (London)
A top city law firm are seeking an experienced AV Assistant to provide technical support for client meeting rooms. This role is office-based, working closely with the IT team to maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual and Unified Communications (UC) equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support live and hybrid events
- Troubleshoot meeting room tech issues
- Maintain and test AV equipment
- Assist in implementing new solutions
- Perform clerical tasks for equipment management
Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft Teams, networking, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows OS and AV equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
