Hours: 07:00 - 15:00 (part of a rotating shift pattern)
Are you a customer-focused AV professional with a passion for delivering top-tier support in a corporate environment? We are seeking an Onsite AV Technician to join a prestigious law firm, providing high-quality AV and technical support to VIP clients and internal teams.
About the Role
As part of a team of three AV professionals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology support for high-profile clients and visitors. This is more than just a technical role-you will be the first point of contact, offering white-glove service and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting VIP clients and assisting with their technology needs.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and other AV/VC systems.
- Assist with setting up, troubleshooting, and operating AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Work closely with internal teams and the Technical Team Lead to ensure a high standard of AV service.
- Rotate shifts with your team across 07:00, 09:00, and 11:00 start times.
