About the role:

At Foster + Partners, awards are a key element of our communications strategy, recognizing our commitment to design excellence. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Awards Coordinator. This role will involve producing digital and print award submissions to the highest standards and managing the collection of data for practice surveys. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. A passion for architecture and design is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

The Awards Coordinator will manage the end-to-end process of award submissions for projects, buildings, and individuals, including researching new award programs, coordinating entry schedules, and working with the Communications team to develop compelling copy and graphic layouts for submissions. You will organize award events, manage logistics, and liaise with marketing to promote awards via social media and the website. Additionally, you will track and record awards received, assist with industry surveys and rankings, and ensure the proper application of Foster + Partners' templates and graphic identity across all documentation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience and ability to undertake the responsibilities outlined.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is based.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with InDesign and Adobe applications.
