Our client project manage large deals selling & leasing art to businesses both in the UK & internationally.

This role pays up to£32K basicwith a realistic£24K OTE on topso£56Kpotentially overall, although this isnt capped.

You will be of graduate calibre & have aproven track record in B2B saleswhich you should be able to demonstrate; you dont necessarily need to come from the Art industry (although a passion is required)

You will be given some projects to look after but you need to be strong at new business development & self-sourcing, and have the ability to close large deals - for example, one day you could be presenting to a Boardroom of a City client, next day could be with a smaller media firm, so ability to adapt is key.

There is a project & relationship management element to the role as some deals can take anything from 3 months to 18 months & can involve both rental & sales of the artwork

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and approach potential new clients across the workplace sector.

Actively participate in events to meet and prospect new clients.

Cultivate relationships with key industry partners in the office fitout, furniture, interior design, architecture, and build sectors.

Actively contribute to building and establishing a network of industry partners and business referrers.

Generate a consistent pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.

Pitch and present proposals to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Provide expert briefs to our internal curation team and serve as the point of contact throughout the project life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from pitch to post-sale management.

Efficiently close deals with speed, clarity, and profitability.

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales (ideally where the lead time is longer)
  • Ideally have had exposure to the interior design, architecture or creative industries.
  • Experience of managing complex projects across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Experience of closing significant deals across various sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed financial revenue targets.
  • Strong project management skills to manage deals from end to end.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent client servicing skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
