Engage Education are currently seeking a Behaviour Analyst to join a team in South West London. As a behaviour analyst you will play a key role in shaping the futures of students. You will support pupils working through their individual curriculums creating lesson plans and monitoring their progress. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children with SEN.

About this role:

  • You will be supporting pupils work through their tailored curriculum

  • Plan and prepare activities and lessons focusing on the students areas for development such as life skills or communication.

  • Monitor and record progress

  • Offer behavior-focused support to replace and minimize behaviors that affect the quality of life for pupils.

  • Encourage students to engage in playtime and other classroom activities

The ideal candidate

  • Have a Masters in Behaviour Analysis

  • Will have experience working with complex needs and SEN

  • Will be experienced in behavior management and intervention

  • Have clear communication and be calm under pressure
