Horizon Teachers are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor who is experienced in working with children with challenging behaviour to join a Behaviour School in Brent.

Key responsibilities?

Support students in lessons
Create a safe and inclusive environment that supports positive behaviour and well-being.
Create action plans with students and monitor their progress.

Requirements

Experience with children with challenging behaviour.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
