The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to a forward-thinking SEMH school supporting pupils with SEMH and Behaviour Difficulties. For this Behaviour Mentor role you will be working with pupils offering 1:1 support both inside and outside of the classroom. Due to the nature of the role you must have strong behaviour management skills and able to adapt to any situation. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. To be a successful Behaviour Mentor you must be able to build a rapport with the pupils you are working with and able to hit the ground running.

This SEMH School is located in the borough of Tower Hamlets, and is a small walking distance from the closest tube station. The school caters for 90 pupils from the ages of 7 -19 with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. The school is highly supportive of its learners to help them achieve their highest potential. The school is well established in the local community and offers a wide-ranging curriculum to support its learners.
