The schools - Behaviour Mentor

The SEN schools we work with cater to a mixture of SEN students across primary, secondary and post 16 on some sites/ units. The schools we support, offer an inclusive and dynamic environment offering CPD and development throughout the academic year.

The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for 5 Behaviour mentors to work on a long-term basis within out schools based in West London / Middlesex, Hillingdon. As a behaviour mentor, you will be supported students with a mixture of behaviour and emotional difficulties across Primary or secondary year groups.

You will be supporting 1:1. in small groups or whole classes of up to 10 students. As a behaviour mentor, you will need to adapt lessons & activities where possible, support intervention, offer a nurturing and safe learning environment.
