The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work in schools across North West London. In this role, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support learning and personal development

  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to deliver targeted interventions

  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships that help students succeed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour in educational or similar settings

  • Training in behaviour management techniques such as Team Teach is highly desirable

  • Sports coaches and youth mentors are encouraged to apply—your energy and resilience can make a real difference!

  • Calm, patient, and committed individuals who genuinely care about young people’s wellbeing

Position Details:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Location: Hammersmith
