Behaviour Mentor | Job Summary

Full-time term time only Behaviour Mentor role– Commencing asap until the end of the academic year
Work alongside qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
Role Paying £420-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
Minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 10 UK University

Behaviour Mentor | Job Role

Provide extra support to small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis
Highly rewarding role making a meaningful impact on children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties needs
Supporting and comforting disengaged and disruptive students
Calmly de-escalate situations to ensure a safe environment for all students
