About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey

  • In the classroom, to assist students with their homework and assignments
  • Work with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers, as well as working as a team
  • The provision of 1:1 direct interventions and support to students within the classroom is essential
  • Work with the class teacher and other members of the staff to provide a conducive learning environment for the students in the class
  • Through observation and evaluation, you will be able to monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and their involvement in intervention activities
  • Ensure that all students are included in the classroom as much as possible
