About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support to a child with behavioural difficulties in a welcoming and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets. Your role will be vital in helping the child develop emotional regulation, confidence, and positive behaviour strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

? Providing 1:1 support to a child with behavioural challenges? Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques? Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional resilience? Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals? Helping the child engage with learning in a structured and supportive manner

What We're Looking For:

?? Experience working with children with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential)?? Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach?? Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model?? Resilience, empathy, and a proactive attitude?? A passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
