Role Overview

This is an end-to-end BI Consultant role, where you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their full lifecycle, engaging directly with clients, and providing hands-on expertise. You will be expected to gather requirements, provide support, and contribute to post-project activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement BI solutions, including Power BI implementations, Azure Data migration projects, and cloud data engineering initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions.

  • Provide end-to-end BI development, including data warehouse design and development.

  • Utilise strong SQL expertise to manage and manipulate data effectively.

  • Ensure clients understand the strategic value of their data and how solutions enhance their business operations.

Key Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end BI development.

  • Strong experience in data warehouse development, including building and optimising DWH solutions.

  • Advanced SQL skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to explain the "why" behind data solutions, ensuring clients understand their value.

  • Experience with Azure technologies.

Candidate Profile
  • Must be an experienced developer rather than an analyst.
