BI Manager, Fully Remote, £55K – Accelerated Career Progression.

An international organisation in the health and wellness industry is recruiting a BI Manager to head up the data department and ensure data is being managed and leveraged effectively to improve business decision making and operational effectiveness.

This is a purely unique opportunity for the right person to help shape the organisations approach to BI and take an active role in key business decisions.

They’re looking for a pure leader that can demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in an environment where high levels of accountability and autonomy exsist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of reports and dashboards (code and visualisation)
  • Use of BI tools to develop data models and enable self-service data analytics
  • Transformation of raw data into organised, meaningful and insightful information
  • Act as a subject matter expert, i.e. “go-to person” for all data and analytics related issues Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving one version of truth (i.e. data accuracy across business)
  • Collaborate with various business functions to provide support around how data is organised, managed and integrated
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure that data collection and storage systems are secure and robust

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Ability to manage data using tools such as Excel and structured query language (SQL)
  • Experience using data preparation and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data security and protection issues
