This opportunity would be ideal for a Bid Coordinator, Submissions Coordinator, or Proposals Specialist with proven experience in the architecture or construction industry and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Duties:
- Coordinate and deliver bespoke bid submissions for allocated tenders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and evaluate winning strategies in collaboration with sector directors.
- Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, maintaining adherence to established processes and deadlines.
- Organize bid-related meetings and manage resources for effective submissions.
- Oversee the tender program, ensuring compliance with company procedures and timelines.
- Support the marketing manager with tasks such as event planning, awards submissions, and general marketing admin.
- Arrange and coordinate project photo and video shoots with external photographers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Open Asset is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple deadlines.
