Skilled Careers are currently working with a market leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy structural and civil engineering company based in London. They currently require a strong Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process including producing winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Directors in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Monitors public sector framework sites.
- Lead on framework and bid submissions.
- Analyse tender documents to understand the needs of the client.
- Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met
- Liaising with other managers to agree bid details
- Preparing case studies and other reference materials
- Editing or rewriting previous tenders to reuse relevant material
- Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document
- Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time.
- Build relationships with clients & partners.
- Evaluate existing partnerships and markets with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
- Drive business development engagement and CRM management.
- Monitor BD approaches and follow ups.
- Manage key client relationships and works to build new ones.
- Works with Creative to expands the profile and reach of the companies.
- Develop and manage sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
- Track emerging markets trends.
- Research and identify new markets.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities, including nonprofit engagement.
- Works with creative team to implement their brand and social media initiatives.
- Identifies potential competition opportunities, drives production of technical content and leads submission.
- Promotes company culture
