Ambition are working with an international law firm with their recruitment for an experienced Billing Coordinator. This is great opportunity to join an established billing team within their London office, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Reporting to the Billing Manager, the key duties will include;
- To maintain a portfolio of WIP in order to ensure timely billing and effective management of matters.
- To submit WIP reports to the Partners & Fee Earners when required.
- To attend monthly meetings with Partners to discuss billing.
- To produce Billing Guides, Invoices & Credit Notes.
- To ensure e-billing requirements are met
- Other duties as required
Successful candidates will have previously worked in a similar role ideally within a law firm and have proven billing experience. Previous working knowledge of Aderant/Elite systems are preferred.
