With multiple locations across the UK, this successful and expanding Main Contractor are now seeking a BIM Manager to join them in London
The role ;
- Support the Precon team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements.
- Providing technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management.
- Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
- Lead the DPD kick off meeting (with support of Information systems manager) with senior project management team to review and finalise the DPD strategy
