Key responsibilities:

  • The BIM Technician will setupRevit models, population ofviews, sheets, filters, and other elements.
  • Early development, RIBA stages 1-4 on major commercial, high-rise, transportation infrastructure and leisure complex projects.
  • Create 3D models and generate 2D drawings on large scale projects.
  • Develop Navisworks models and generate clash detection reports.
  • Meet project requirements, working collaboratively with other disciplines.
  • The BIM Technician will contribute to prominent projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial and transportation.

Skills and Background:

  • The BIM Technician will have an understanding of Revit MEP, Navisworks and workflows between architecture and engineering.
  • Working knowledge of other BIM software including AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric modelling and Revit Family Editor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape or Pythonscripting languages.
