Blockchain Developer (Solidity Rust Web3) Remote UK to £135k

Are you a Blockchain technologist seeking an opportunity to progress your career, working on cutting edge tech within the cryptocurrency space?

You could be joining an early stage start-up building a cross chain liquidity platform to revolutionise capital efficiency and permissionless access to liquidity on-chain to build sustainable decentralised markets; they have secure backing and a recent round of funding is enabling them to scale.

As a Blockchain Developer you'll join a small technology team, working with Solidity and Rust on the core platform, building low latency and highly parallelised systems. You'll be tackling complex problems and building highly scalable systems to accommodate large data and traffic volumes whilst maintaining extremely low latencies.

Location / WFH:

There's a remote first policy so you can work from home the majority of the time, with the caveat you'll join the team for three, one week meet-ups per year (global destinations, the last one was in Thailand).

About you:

  • You have experience of building low latency, parallel services in Rust on Linux
  • You have experience of building highly scalable systems designed scale to large data and traffic volumes whilst maintaining extremely low latencies
  • You have a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and mechanics of the EVM
  • You have experience of Web3 and Defi including smart contract development and interaction
  • You have a strong record of academic achievement in Computer Science
  • You're collaborative with experience of collaborating with remote, geographically dispersed colleagues
