We’re delighted to be working with a growing specialty Lloyd’s syndicate and approved coverholder to support the hire of their newly created Bordereaux Manager position.As a key member of the Operations team, reporting to the COO, you’ll take ownership of all Bordereaux-related matters. Your role will be essential in ensuring seamless data reporting, compliance, and process efficiency across underwriting, premium, and claims transactions under delegated authority agreements.You will be empowered to assess current processes, identify improvements, and implement best practices, streamlining bordereaux management and making a tangible impact. Key responsibilities
  • Ensuring bordereaux reporting aligns with company and Lloyd’s standards
  • Identifying and resolving data quality issues, ensuring compliance with market best practices
  • Analysing and challenging reports/statistics from third-party outsourcers
  • Producing and overseeing bordereaux processing reports and MI
  • Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
  • Collaborating with underwriters, brokers, capacity providers, and other key stakeholders
  • Attending meetings with outsourced processing teams and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Experience you’ll need;
  • Extensive experience in bordereaux analysis and management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience in the Lloyd’s/London market across multiple lines of business
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
