The ideal candidate will be:
  • A qualified actuary (would consider part-qualified with several years of reinsurance experience)
  • A strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with pricing models, systems and tools, and have some coding skills (not essential), etc.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the life insurance and reinsurance market, BPA/de-risking, annuity products, Solvency II, etc.
