Brickwork Manager

Façade/External Manager – New Build Residential – South West London
We are currently looking for an Externally-focused Site/Façade Manager with a bricklaying background for a large residential development in South West London. We are recruiting for a reputable developer and seek someone who has ideally worked on large, multi-phased schemes before, including both townhouses and apartment blocks.

Desired Experience:

• Brickwork, SFS, doors/windows, masonry, curtain walling packages
• Strong knowledge of traditional brickwork
• SMSTS / NVQ Level 6
• Extensive experience in delivering external packages

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to align façade work with the project schedule
• Produce programs of work
• Identify and resolve issues related to façade installation, such as material defects or design discrepancies
• Identify potential delays and ensure timely completion
• Communicate with all trades and subcontractors to ensure quality project delivery
• Provide regular updates on progress to the project manager
