As a Bridging Underwriter, you will:
- Make lending decisions in line with Credit Risk Policy and individual mandate levels.
- Ensure compliance with internal underwriting policy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal Sales to progress cases from Decision in Principle (DIP) to drawdown.
- Prepare detailed Credit Papers and present propositions to the Credit Committee.
- Instruct valuers and solicitors, and ensure all loan conditions are met efficiently.
- Accurately record loan information in the banks electronic systems.
- Handover complete files to the Servicing teams Loan Administrators post-completion.

- Previous experience in bridging, underwriting, or lending within the property environment.
