Some responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with clients and up-selling products.
- Converting enquiries into sales.
- Administrative sales tasks.
- Understanding the financial and bullion market in order to inform clients.
- Business development through marketing and innovative ideas including content for social media, website and press.
- Sourcing and securing intermediary arrangements with investment professionals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a successful sales background with an excellent telephone manner.
- a genuine interest in current affairs and particularly the financial market.
- strong emotional intelligence with the ability to easily build relationships.
- strong verbal, written and numerical skills.
- an undergraduate degree or higher.
