The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Private Butler to serve a distinguished UHNW individual, accompanying them on extensive travels across Asia, Europe, London, and the Americas—by private jet and aboard a 100m+ super yacht currently moored in France. As Head Butler / Personal Manager, you will be entrusted with delivering flawless day-to-day service, ensuring the Principal’s utmost satisfaction. This pivotal role involves overseeing Executive PAs and household staff, managing operations across multiple luxury residences and yachts, and collaborating with local household teams to guarantee seamless preparations and an impeccable experience throughout the Principal’s stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure interiors and operations across properties and yachts reflect the Principal’s preferences and uncompromising luxury standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with house and yacht teams to maintain exceptional service levels.
  • Provide hands-on support to House Managers and the Chief Yacht Stewardess as required.
  • Act as the Principal’s primary point of contact, delivering highly personalized and discreet service.
  • Respond to last-minute changes and challenges with agility, professionalism, and solutions-oriented thinking.
  • Plan and execute high-profile dinner parties and events to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • This role demands a highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented leader who excels in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in a comparable role (e.g., luxury hospitality, UHNW private estates, or yachting).
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to manage and inspire a dedicated service team.
  • A polished, resourceful demeanour suited to delivering world-class guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, travel-intensive schedule.
