Business Experience
  • Development and maintenance of IT systems
  • Financial markets
  • Understanding of derivatives
  • Front-office exposure
  • Preferred: Commodities trading knowledge
  • Minimum 10 years experience, with at least 2-3 years as a Team Lead
Technical Skills
  • .NET C#, .Net Core, Entity Framework, WPF
  • Microservices
  • ANGULAR / ANGULAR JS
  • Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
  • Visual Studio, RMDS, Bloomberg API, Reuters EIKON
  • JetBrain Rider
Personal Skills
  • Strong interest in global markets business
  • Fast-learner and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both business and technical oriented
Additional Skills
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies, Sprints, Kanban Board, DevOps solutions
  • Ability to work with global teams and stakeholders
  • Liaising with Senior Management - Head of Desks, Business Managers, Senior Front Office users
  • Previous experience in working with Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment with strong business exposure
Preferred Experience
  • Financial Markets with focus on commodities like oil, natural gas (Day Ahead/Month Ahead), and power
  • Expert understanding of derivatives and various instruments both listed and OTC
  • Experience onboarding commodities products in Murex, especially Energy, Metals, and Carbon
