CANDIDATE MANAGER  An amazing opportunity to work for an industry-leading recruitment agency ranked as the number one support agency in London!  As a key part of the recruitment team, you'll connect recruiters, candidates, and clients, manage administrative and candidate-facing tasks to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.   • Serving as the main contact for incoming business calls, delivering professional service
  • Welcoming and assisting candidates during on-site registrations, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Screening CVs to identify suitable candidates for further consideration
  • Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Handling a high volume of candidate registrations, scheduling both on-site and video interviews
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement and satisfaction
  • Supporting consultants by sourcing candidates through job boards and other methods
  • Creating, managing, and updating job postings to attract qualified candidates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners
  • Formatting CVs to meet company standards
  • Overseeing reference checks and preparing employment confirmation letters
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, including MS Office assessments and right-to-work checks
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate data entry and document uploads
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office, especially during on-site candidate registrations
  • Managing and ordering office supplies to support smooth operations
  • Supporting a positive workplace culture through social initiatives and events
  • Assisting with payroll operations, including weekly candidate pay runs when needed
CANDIDATE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer facing experience
  • This role is based in the office five days a week to ensure consistent onsite support to the team
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the consultants but also able to have hard conversations
  • Ability to work with urgency and manage pressure
  • Have excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to collaborate and muck in when needed
