They seek a Canine Services Lead to manage the Canine Services Division across the UK. This is a UK wide role with responsibility for a results-driven client-focused approach to deliver operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving financial performance within client accounts.

The Role
  • To Manage the canine services division utilizing best practices for deploying canines in varied operational scenarios and environments.
  • Responsible for managing and developing personnel at various levels, with a focus on engagement and performance improvement.
  • Providing canine services for explosive detection for mailrooms, warehouse, shipping, drugs detection in schools, prison, nuclear sites, and general purpose for patrols unmanned sites and dispersal.
  • Responsible for managing personnel, contracts, and P&L in a dynamic, client-focused environments.
The Person
  • The post holder will possess extensive expertise in training, health and safety protocols, welfare standards, and best practices for the deployment of canines across diverse operational scenarios and environments.
  • This position is ideally suited for an experienced leader with a strong commitment to growth, operational excellence, and guiding a team in delivering exceptional canine security services.
  • Demonstrated operational expertise with a proven track record in managing diverse security operations, ensuring contract compliance, and consistently achieving or surpassing budgets, KPIs, and other essential performance metrics.
  • Proven history of mobilizing new contracts and driving business growth through organic development and successful client acquisition.
  • Skilled in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure fiscally responsible and profitable service delivery.
