Daily duties of a carpenter multi:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Working in West London (Fulham area)
Temp to Perm
Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary of £43k!!
City and Guilds/NVQ is needed for this position
