Carpenter / Multi-Trader (Repairs & Maintenance in Social Housing)
Location: North/North West London
Salary: 20 per hour

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter-based Multi-Trader to join our team and carry out essential repairs and maintenance work within social housing across North/North West London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties.
• Work across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic electrical work, plastering, and general repairs.
• Ensure all repairs and installations meet health and safety regulations and are of a high standard.
• Respond to service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete necessary documentation using a PDA and maintain accurate records.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with tenants and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with multi-trade skills.
• Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving license (van and fuel card provided).
• Proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
• Ideally, experience working in social housing or domestic environments.
