18 Recruitment is seeking experienced Carpenter biased multi traders for maintenance work in Lewisham and Southwark.
This is a permanent position that offers a van and fuel card.
Main responsibilities include carpentry, sash window repairs, lock fittings, basic plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and tiling.
Candidates must have social housing experience, full tools, and a UK driving licence.
The role is full-time with a salary of £36,000 per year and requires relevant experience.

18 Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Carpenter biased multi traders to carry out maintenance works for our social housing client working in and around Lewisham and Southwark

This is a perm position with a van & fuel card provided.

Main duties include; -

Carpentry
Carpentry repairs
Sash window repairs and installation
Lock fits/repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
Patch plastering
Painting & decorating
Splash back tiling
Other multi works as required

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,000.00 per year
