Salary: Up to 34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven experience as a carpenter with social housing or strong residential backround.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, maintenance, and repair.
* Qualifications: Relevant Carpentry qualification or time served
* Personality: A proactive and reliable professional with a commitment to high-quality work.
