We are currently looking for a Case Manager which is a Customer Services role based in the West End. This has hybrid working and is for a Tech company paying 27k. Applicants would ideally be graduates in English or Linguistics alternatively 6 months relevant experience.
The role
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients providing consultative advice in relation to all aspects of their hearing room services
- Liaising closely with the Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering and Technical Delivery teams
- Regular and accurate recording of control information and timely billing at month end
