Cashier (12 month FTC - Can be Full time or Part-Time)London£28-30k + Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)

The role: This Cashiering role is a 12 month maternity cover contract which can either be full time or a part-time role (2/3 days a week) depending on individual experience.

Duties:

  • Daily processing of occupier and client receipts
  • Processing client payments and tenant refunds
  • Processing of account transfers via specific banking systems
  • Producing, reconciling, analyse bank accounts, addressing and reporting on outstanding arrears positions
  • Working with the Credit Control team on unallocated cash items
  • Issuing communication to tenants in accordance with regarding successful acceptance of payments
  • Monitoring internal compliance, instructing audits, assessments and specialist advice, coordinating closely with service partners for control documents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Cashiering positions within the real estate industry
  • Good written and oral communication skills essential
  • Highly organised individual with ability to meet strict deadlines
